Our current vacancies
Business Development Executive [Permanent Contract]
As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to become an essential part of our ambitious team, helping to raise vital funds for some wonderful causes. Our ideal candidate will be good with people – a confident talker, an expert listener and happy to communicate with others from all walks of life. You’ll have a strong interest in charities and hospices and understand the benefits they bring to communities.
You’ll be supporting the Client Partnerships Director team to find more charities and hospices for Pebblebeach to partner with. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure that more charities are aware of what Pebblebeach can do for their fundraising efforts. We’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck into tasks and is keen to learn the Pebblebeach ropes.
Prior experience working in business development, fundraising or the third sector would be advantageous, but not essential. Excellent communication and administration skills are a must. What’s most important though, is that you’re a willing team player, a flexible thinker and eager to evolve and progress. And in return, we’ll ensure your development is supported. This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody that wants to take the next step in their business development career and work with clients that deliver real impact to their communities. There will be plenty of scope for career progression and gaining in-depth knowledge of the charity sector.
If this sounds like you, then come join us and help to drive change and deliver action for some truly inspirational charities.

Charity Copywriters (Fundraising) [Freelance]
We would like to hear from freelance copywriters who have a proven track record of writing real, unpretentious and hard-working fundraising copy for charity appeals and campaigns. We’re looking for copywriters with experience in the non-profit sector – and ONLY those with Direct Marketing/Mail expertise. We are searching for people who will be as passionate about our clients’ causes as we are and who will put in the ‘extra’ necessary to deliver truly great work.
To express your interest, please get in contact and provide examples of your fundraising appeals copy.
Data and Insight Analyst [Permanent Contract]
As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re now looking for a skilful, passionate Data & Insight Analyst to become an integral part of the team – we don’t mind where you are in the country either! Our ideal candidate will be a self-professed data lover (and proud of it!), fascinated by what clever data insight can achieve and driven to utilise that knowledge to champion impact and, crucially, to raise money for some brilliant causes.
The Data & Insight Analyst will lead data processing, analytical and insight management across the organisation. We’re looking for someone who can help our charity clients increase their net income from fundraising campaigns through an audience-led and data-centric approach; making insightful interpretations of clients’ data and highly informed supporter selections will be a key part of the job.
The Data & Insight Analyst will also lead on agency-wide data product development and will take responsibility for data protection compliance.
The person we’re searching for will have industry experience in marketing, fundraising or the third sector (non-graduates encouraged to apply too!). We’re expecting previous experience in manipulating and processing complex data sources, analysing supporter/customer data and direct marketing. Our new colleague will also be a whizz when it comes to Microsoft Access, Excel and Power BI (and other equivalent software).
It would be a distinct advantage if you’ve previously worked with charities or in an individual giving capacity. The ability to enhance data insight through the creation of supporting visual and textual narratives would be hugely attractive. Having advanced knowledge or experience of data protection practices and management would also be desirable.
This is an opportunity for someone to come in afresh; to help create improved workflows, outputs and insights. There’s a real chance for the right person to make the role their own and shape the direction data plays in Pebblebeach’s future.
