A first regular giving appeal

We were thrilled to work with Weldmar Hospicecare on their very first regular giving appeal. Modern, fresh visuals together with hardworking copy showcased all of the different areas of the hospice’s care provisions.

Through analysing supporter data, we targeted current regular givers for an uplift in giving as well as looking at best prospects for a brand-new gift.

Not only did we recover lapsed regular givers, we also increased the number of new direct debit sign-ups and converted historic standing orders to direct debit. To top it all off, many donors offered a one-off cash gift too!

Following the appeal, Weldmar had the tools to optimise future regular giving opportunities. The take-one leaflet was used in charity shops, hospice reception and as a resource for community fundraisers. With their first crack at tackling regular giving, Weldmar (and Pebblebeach) couldn’t have been happier.
