Weldmar’s first-ever Regular Giving appeal!

We were thrilled to work with Weldmar Hospicecare on their very first Regular Giving appeal. Bringing together modern, fresh visuals along with hardworking copy, we helped build a bespoke campaign that tied price points to their different care provisions.

Through analysing supporter data, we were able to look at each donor individually, adjusting the response device to maximise audience engagement. And it worked!

Not only did we recover lapsed regular givers, we were also able to significantly increase the number of new direct debit sign-ups as well as convert many historic standing order donors over to direct debit. To top it all off, many donors opted for gift upgrades too – the cherry on the cake!

Following the appeal, Weldmar had the tools in place to optimise future regular giving opportunities. The take-one version of the leaflet was used in their charity shops, the hospice reception and as a resource for community fundraisers. As their first crack at a Regular Giving appeal, Weldmar (and Pebblebeach) couldn’t have been happier.
