Moving forward with resilience

Like many hospices and charities, Springhill Hospice was weathering the pandemic storm, but not without terrible financial effects.

Short on time and resources, they asked for help to start the year by engaging donors and inspiring their support. Their Spring Resilience appeal did just that.

Featuring a heartfelt plea from Springhill doctor and Rochdale local Charlotte (and the hospice’s beloved mascot ‘Springy’), supporters were also asked to send back a message of encouragement to lift the spirits of exhausted nursing staff.

Combined with a digital campaign, the appeal struck a chord with the Rochdale community, prompting an outpouring of support when it was needed most.

From Springhill Hospice

“Working with Pebblebeach again has been brilliant. After a challenging year with the pandemic, their expertise and passion for hospice care bridged the gap in our resource and helped us to produce a compelling and successful appeal. From the concept, working with our patient case study and data work to their attention to detail, their understanding of the work we do and their friendly and calm approach meant that we achieved a record response from our lovely supporters.”
