Walking the walk: Isabel Hospice’s Events Fundraising Audit

Alongside associate events consultant Juliet Ellis, Pebblebeach completed a full audit of Isabel Hospice’s events for ‘22-23. Starting with an in-depth workshop to shed light on all the runs, funs and quizzes – we also looked at team capacity, income, resources and planning.

Then, looking at Isabel’s database we produced our Individuals Data Analysis to get an overview of their historical events, how they performed as well as what ‘eventers’ went on to do for the Hospice. We also did crossover and donor journey analysis to investigate their very top eventers.

This holistic approach to exploring events as well as understanding the behaviours of their participants gave us a wealth of knowledge to share with the team. A renewed focus on data capture, stewardship and fresh communications are all part of the plan for Isabel’s events crew going forward.
