Hospiscare’s glowing Light up a Life campaign

Working with our friends at Hospiscare on their 2021 appeals, we were delighted to help them streamline their annual Light up a Life campaign.

Following a traditional ‘Lights’ format, combined with a regular giving offering, this was a more complex appeal to deliver which needed extra detail and planning behind the scenes. With the hospice’s supporter database, we set out to personally communicate with each donor to help boost the average-gift amount.

Through careful audience segmentation, we were able to offer donors more choice with how they could make their gift – including the option of setting up an annual gift via direct debit, or upgrading existing yearly gift amounts

We were delighted that the campaign resonated with donors, out-performing previous years and seeing an increase in average-gift amounts.
