Ash Gilbert
Ash founded Pebblebeach in 2009. With over 25 years’ fundraising experience, Ash has worked at Director and CEO level for several national and local charities.
This wide, extensive experience enables Ash to understand a charity client quickly. He can identify both the problems and the solutions to them; and then put in place an action plan for success which fits the organisation perfectly.
Alex Brooks-Johnson
A 20-year veteran of the voluntary sector, Alex leads Pebblebeach’s training, consultancy and recruitment services.
Alex’s career has led to Director of Fundraising positions at both a children’s hospice and an international development organisation, as well as, most recently, CEO of the UK’s leading outdoor education charity.
Andrew Peel
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience with UK charities, having led fundraising teams at Help the Aged, the British Red Cross and Sightsavers. He’s worked with the BHF, Diabetes UK, Guide Dogs.
Andrew specialises in corporate and trust fundraising, developing applications and strategies for clients. IoF’s Professional Fundraiser of the Year 1997.
