If you love what you do, odds are you’ll be a whole lot better at it.

Our team is made up of people who love sharing their skills and experience with our charity partners. And, we try hard to be a great place to work, in the heart of our favourite city. That combination makes it easy to love our work.

We’re a special mix.

Our office music choices are sometimes challenging. We’re 50/50 on coffee and tea. We know Friday afternoons are better with a gin and tonic. Oh, and we have dogs.

Chelsey is an Account Manager here at Pebblebeach. While completing her Law degree, Chelsey became an active and amazing fundraiser – she even made it into JustGiving's top 3% in 2015!

Helen Stone Business Director helen@pebblebeachfundraising.com

With Pebblebeach since its infancy, Helen has worked across all areas of the agency. As Business Director, she oversees the growth, direction and running of the company: boosting new business, dabbling in data and budgeting boldly, amongst other things.

Emma Gilbert Finance Director emma@pebblebeachfundraising.com

Finance Director, Emma Gilbert, has been with the agency since its early beginnings and ensures that the financial side of the business runs smoothly and without hitch.

Ludo Border Terrier

Ludo, a Border Terrier, is especially fond of chasing pebbles on the beach followed up by a snack of carrots. Just so long as there’s no bath on the cards, he’s a happy pup.

RB Sprocker (Springer/Cocker Spaniel)

Digging, sniffing, chewing plastic containers & ripping up cardboard – these are a few of RB’s favourite things. This Sprocker has traditional tastes – give her a pig’s ear and she’ll be good for the rest of the day.

Rory Working Cocker Spaniel

Rory is a Working Cocker Spaniel who enjoys eating his bed, putting his nose down rabbit holes and rolling/running in muddy puddles. He’s not a fan of baths or motorbikes; but, he’ll eat anything.

Naomi Meldrum Account Executive naomi@pebblebeachfundraising.com

As Account Executive, Naomi is an important part of the Pebblebeach team. Naomi studied Media, Culture and Journalism at the University of South Wales. As an intern for the RSPCA, she gained valuable knowledge of working with in the charity sector.

Emily Watson Account Manager emily@pebblebeachfundraising.com

Emily Watson, our Account Manager, is armed with over 15 years’ experience in print and production and looks after a host of Pebblebeach’s clients. Her last role as an undertaker gave interesting and valuable insight into the incredible work of hospices and other life-affirming UK charities.

Ash founded Pebblebeach in 2009 and is responsible for the creative delivery of the agency. With 20 years’ fundraising experience, Ash has worked at Director level for several national charities. Pebblebeach is the expression of everything Ash believes a fundraising agency should be: expert, flexible, fun and affordable.

Amy Holtz Account Director amy@pebblebeachfundraising.com

Amy Holtz is our Account Director, overseeing Pebblebeach’s diverse appeals and projects. With a Master’s degree in English, Amy is a dedicated advocate for charitable causes, previously working for the volunteering charity Step Together.

Our city

There are many reasons why we love our city. It’s a great place to live with fantastic food, music and nightlife. We’re 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, 10 minutes’ drive from the South Downs.

But perhaps what we love most is that Brighton is a place to meet welcoming, fun, diverse and inspiring people. Brighton doesn’t do average.
