We’re bursting at the seams with excitement at the launch of our new office with fundraising extraordinaire Elley Martin at the helm. We’ve joined forces to deliver a long-held, shared vision: to offer a complete fundraising agency service to every charity in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland.
Here’s what Elley has to say about her new appointment:
It’s an absolute dream to be part of the Pebblebeach Team, developing hugely successful fundraising solutions for charities of all shapes and sizes. Having spent the last 16 years working and volunteering for charities across Northern Ireland and Scotland, I am deeply committed to helping futureproof fundraising for every charity possible at this most critical time. Whatever the challenge, we really can deliver an effective and affordable solution.
Pebblebeach North is based in Belfast and will be the launch pad from which we wish to reach every Scottish and Irish charity struggling in these unprecedented times. With key income streams still on hold, Individual Giving (IG) will be the engine behind successful fundraising in 2021. Outstanding IG fundraising can no longer be a postponed ambition, it’s what’s required, today, for survival.
This is where Elley and Pebblebeach come in – we really can help raise the money that’s going to be so desperately needed in 2021 (we raised nearly £2m for our clients last year!).

Elley Martin joins Pebblebeach as Senior Account Manager and has a wealth of Individual Giving and direct marketing fundraising experience having worked for charities including Northern Ireland Hospice, NI Chest Heart & Stroke, Concern UK, Maggie’s Centres and the University of Glasgow.
Elley is well versed in a diverse range of income streams, namely individual, legacy and major giving; her marketing expertise includes direct-response television, direct and electronic mail, telemarketing, media appeals, press advertising, door to door and venue, face-to-face solicitation, digital and emergency appeals.
Elley was also Chair of legacy fundraising consortium Will to Give for several years and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. In her free time, Elley is a volunteer for Assisi Animal Sanctuary.
